Building the Calendly app was complex. Explaining it shouldn’t be.

In a nutshell, Calendly takes the work out of scheduling meetings. But what does that mean, right? Exactly. So, we needed to create a video to show in a very approachable way how painless scheduling can be with using Calendly.


Balancig high-level vision with real-life product features.

A hero video is like a utility player for your product. You want it to get the big vision across but you also need it to make it crystal clear what the product actually does. By delicately balancing high-level benefits-driven moments with very concrete shots of the app in action, we were able to strike the balance and create that brand champion for Calendly.



Doing more with less.

Once we set the tone with the brand voice and the aesthetics, we created additional versions of the hero video, re-working it and adapting it for more specific segments of their market. In this example, we’re helping Calendly reach inbound sales managers, one their core targets.
